- Response - We will promptly reply by phone or email with options that we feel are a fit for your needs.
- Confirmation - Once you have confirmation it is a good fit, we will proceed with additional details of the gifting process.
- Approval - We will work with you on design options until its the perfect match.
- Payment - Down payment required upon order confirmation. The remaining payment plus Shipping & or Delivery to be paid when gifts are ready to ship.
- Shipping & Delivery - We will request your shipping list in an excel spreadsheet. We maintain a list of tracking numbers to assure all packages arrive to the recipients.
- Success - Grateful Cratefulls, Totefulls or Boxfulls will be on their way to the recipient to inspire Gratitude, Kindness & Joy!
