• Response - We will promptly reply by phone or email to gather additional details so we can provide you with the best options & a price quote. 
• Approval - We will work with you on design options until its approved as the perfect fit for you. 
• Payment -  Down payment is required upon order confirmation. The remaining payment plus Shipping & or Delivery to be paid when gifts are ready to ship. (If applicable)
• Shipping & Delivery  - We will request your shipping list in an excel spreadsheet.  We maintain a list of tracking numbers to assure all packages arrive to the recipients.
