What is Grateful Cratefulls?

Grateful Cratefulls is a North Dakota–born gifting company specializing in thoughtfully curated gift boxes and cedar crates filled with locally and regionally sourced Midwest products. We create gifts for all occasions—comfort gifts, celebrations, holidays, employee appreciation, client thank-yous, sympathy, and everyday “brighten your day” moments.

While we offer a full line of ready-to-ship gifts, our true specialty is Custom Business Client & Employee Gifting. We partner with companies of all sizes to design personalized, branded gifts that reflect their values, celebrate their people, and leave a lasting impression. Do you have a storefront I can shop in?

We no longer have a public storefront. Grateful Cratefulls now operates from a dedicated warehouse near Hillsboro, ND. All orders are placed online through our website or by phone and email. We ship nationwide. If you’d like help choosing a gift, we’re always happy to send photos or recommendations!


Do you ship gifts anywhere in the United States?

Yes! We ship our gift boxes and cedar crates nationwide. Each gift is packaged with care to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.


Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

We offer local delivery options for many corporate orders and bulk projects. For individual orders, shipping is typically the best option. If you’re placing a large corporate order, reach out and we’ll coordinate the best delivery method.


Can I customize a gift?

Absolutely! Customization is what we do best.
We can personalize gifts with:

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

For large orders (50–2,000+), we recommend 3–6 weeks depending on custom packaging and product availability. Smaller custom orders typically require less time. If you're on a tight timeline, reach out—we often find solutions!

Can you ship gifts to multiple addresses?

Yes! We regularly ship to multiple recipient addresses for corporate and holiday orders. Simply send us your mailing list spreadsheet and we take care of the rest.

We proudly source from local and regional Midwest makers—North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, Montana, Nebraska, and beyond. Supporting small businesses is a key part of our mission.


I have an idea for a gift. Can you help me create it?

Yes, we love collaborating! Tell us your vision, theme, or occasion and we’ll design a beautiful gift around it—complete with product options, photos, packaging ideas, and pricing.

I have a product that would be a great fit, do you accept new products?

Yes, send us an email with product information and we'd be happy to determine if it's a good fit!

Do you have a process for donations?

Yes, we do have a donation program.
We would absolutely love to donate to every cause, but in order to make the most impact, our donations are specifically designated for individuals, families, and caregivers who are battling cancer or enduring major life-threatening health challenges. 
Our giving plan is based on the natural connection to our mission and values of sharing kindness & generosity with giving back to individuals in times of need and brightening someone's day!
